Real estate investment funds in Portugal recorded a historic return of 35.1% between November 2023 and November 2024, according to data from APFIPP. This performance is driven by high demand for properties, the liberalization of rent limits, and the completion of strategic deals. The volume of assets under management reached 15.9 billion euros, reflecting a growth of 9.84%, nearly seven times higher than the eurozone.
