Ardakam Zandi

CEO and Founder

In 2018, when she decided to enter the real estate business, Ardakam had the ambition to support exports and make known the potential of real estate investment in Portugal. She has made her presence felt in the real estate sector in a different and innovative way, using her high market analysis and projection capabilities.

Her university training in Paris in Law with a passion from the beginning for Notarial Law, together with her Degree in Psychology, gives Ardakam a combination of differentiated and highly specialized knowledge. Her desire for growth and continuous improvement lead Ardakam to become a reference among all. She specialized in the residential, commercial and investment segment, where she stood out for her support in the development of several hotel and residential projects in Portugal. From the embryonic phase of a project to its completion, clients look for her expertise and transparency.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ardakam is the proud, full-time mother of three children.

The creation of Blast Advisors, together with Pedro Lindo, comes from the desire to contribute positively to a more professional, balanced and fair real estate sector.

Pedro Lindo

CFO and Founder

Highly recommended as a real estate consultant in Portugal since 2019, with a well-established presence in the industrial, construction and management sector, Pedro is not only an engineer but also a business manager and financial analyst at Blast Advisors.

Graduated from the Technical University of Lisbon, where he obtained his degree in Civil Engineering, and then from the Catholic University of Lisbon, where he added a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, and also at IPAM, where he completed a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management, Pedro has always had the desire to improve his knowledge and adapt his analytical instinct and strategic vision to the real estate world.

His entrepreneurial business perspective and the combination of his ability to apply technical knowledge with an intuitive appreciation of the market have allowed Pedro to be recognized as a consultant of excellence. Due to his ability to perform structural analysis and detect pathologies, in line with his passion, Pedro specialized in the commercial and industrial segment.

Creating Blast Advisors together with Ardakam Zandi is the fulfillment of a desire for perfection in the real estate business.
